Christian Religious Education (CRE) faces the challenge of connecting biblical knowledge with character development and lived faith. This study examines 2 Timothy 3:10–14 as a biblical foundation for exemplary conduct as a pedagogy of discipleship. Using qualitative library research, it applies grammatical-historical exegesis to the Greek text, examining literary context, lexical meanings, syntactical relationships, and theological implications. The findings reveal three interconnected dimensions: consistency between teaching and conduct, perseverance amid suffering and deception, and commitment to previously learned and affirmed teachings. These dimensions inform a conceptual framework integrating instruction, exemplary observation, ethical reflection, faith practice, and sustained mentoring. Exemplary conduct should not be reduced to personal morality or uncritical imitation of religious leaders. Instead, it becomes pedagogically meaningful when learners critically interpret examples, evaluate conduct through Scripture, and translate Christian values into responsible action. This study contributes an exegetical-conceptual perspective that connects biblical interpretation with discipleship-oriented learning in CRE, offering a foundation for developing educational practices that integrate knowledge, character formation, and faithful living.
